

Mindfulness in Chester
Another great day at the Countess of Chester Country Park. We were so lucky with the weather, no rain and the wind had dropped. We explored the park a bit more and found a lovely woodland walk, listening to the gentle breeze going through the branches, the squirrels finding acorns, and the bird song from various directions. We also found a great vantage point where we could see some of Cheshire and to the other side see the Welsh mountains. A fabulous place to be mindful and

Next Mindfulness Course
The next Mindfulness course will be starting this coming Tuesday evening at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre. I have now been running the Mindfulness Courses for the last 3 years and the feedback from the courses have been really encouraging, from improvements in sleep, a calmer family setting, able to concentrate better at work. Mindful Contact in Nature
After a successful number of courses at Elesmere Port and Ainsdale Nature Reserve we have moved to The Countess of Chester Country Park. The course started last Thursday and we were blessed with warm sunlight. A beautiful park that was only made into a park three years ago. There are various walks with many different areas of nature. We still have two or three places available, please give me a call if you would like to incorporate mindfulness and nature
