Refresher -Mindful Half Hour

After a request to keep in touch and to meet up and learn more about Mindfulness and meditations after the courses finished. It was decided to run Mindful Half Hour every Thursday night on Zoom.

We started the Mindful Half hour at the start of lockdown and it has continued each week. At present we have about 15 to 20 people attending.

This is an ideal way of continuing the practice have the course has finished.

* Can be done in my own arm chair without going out on a cold evening.

Numbers can range from 10 to 15. They can be arranged over a period of eight weeks or eight months to benefit their organisation.

Businesses like Google, Apple, Goldman Sachs Group, Blackrock, Bank of America, General Mills, Aetna have already used mindfulness to enhance their businesses by improving their employee training which can lead to better productivity, a calmer more focused work force and an improvement in healthier employees
