I am passionate about sharing the mindfulness practices with all those who are interested in discovering this natural quality of mind. The courses are run at present in Widnes, Frodsham, Neston and Port Sunlight. If you experience severe stress, anxiety, mood swings or if you just want to learn how to feel happier, 

relaxed and able to enjoy a more peaceful life, then Mindfulness is for you.

Working with Mersey Forest on a project Mindful contact with Nature, in Ellesmere Port. Ainsdale, and Chester. Next course in March will be in Frodsham and April in Neston
