Mindfulness

 The Mindfulness based stress reduction course is over a period of eight weeks.

I have courses now running in Frodsham and Helsby.

Mindfulness gives you the opportunity to learn how to be in the present moment rather than maybe looking in the past or worrying about the future. You will learn various technique’s to quieten the mind to allow you to enjoy this moment and be able to focus and make better decisions
