I am passionate about sharing the mindfulness practices with all those who are interested in discovering this natural quality of mind. The courses are run at present in, Frodsham, Helsby. If you experience severe stress, anxiety, mood swings or if you just want to learn how to feel happier, relaxed and able to enjoy a more peaceful life, then Mindfulness is for you.
