We have more FREE Mindfulness in Nature courses during 2026. The courses will be held at Helsby Community Centre and at Castle Park Art Centre, Frodsham. The classes are sponsored by Cheshire West and Chester Council, and Mersey Forest. Yes the classes are free of charge.
