Get together for all Zoomers - Mindful Half Hour Group
Every Thursday evening a group of people who have been on our Mindfulness courses, have the opportunity of attending. The idea of the group is to allow students to keep up the habit of mindfulness the areas that they found useful when they were on one of the courses. As the group meet on Zoom many of the people who attend have never met in person the people they see are only on screen. Annually we meet up at Castle Park Arts Centre.
