Thank you for the invite to the Inaugural Community Day & Open Studios. held today at Castle Park Arts Centre
It was well attended, considering the rain.
A number of people were interested in attending both the next Mindfulness in Nature courses at Helsby Community Centre, the Taster Tai Chi session in the park on Mondays, and the new beginner Tai Chi class at Helsby starting on the 19th October
A day for meeting people and making useful contacts
