ZOOM - Mindful half Hour sessions

A number of people asked if I could put on a Mindfulness meditation session during the lock down. With this in mind I have organised a Zoom sessions every Thursday for the last 6 weeks. We have 20 people that are interested, with the average numbers of 12 taking part each week Comments made: I really look forward to Thursday evenings where I can relax and let the pressures go I have enjoyed seeing people from the classes I attended previously Just a weekly top up of mindfulness with like minded people I'm hoping to continue the sessions whilst we have the restrictions on.
