HAPPY NEW YEAR
Tips for achieving your resolutions:
# Sometimes it's best not to start your resolution on the 1st January as you may have a lot of pressures on you. i.e. going back to work or the children returning to school. Maybe the second week in January, you may find you have a better chance at succeeding. There is no law to say you have to start on the 1st January.
# Before you start plan how you can accomplish this resolution
# Appreciate what you have achieved on the way
# Try and make the resolution, achievable, not something that's a dream, start small.
# Tell a friend what you want to achieve from this resolution, you have more chance of it happening.
# Reward yourself along the way or when you have completed the task.
Good luck
