Meet Up at Castle Park, Frodsham

A big thank you for all who could make the meet up at Castle Park yesterday. We have been meeting on Zoom for over 4 years on a Thursday night 'Mindful Half Hour'. Some have never met in person, so it was an ideal opportunity to meet up before Christmas and have a stroll and a mince pie

We were so lucky with the weather, just started raining as we got back from the stroll around the park.

Thank you for the collection of food, cakes, sandwiches, and so much more

There were amazing 31 of us that attended.

Maureen came from Halton Cancer Support. It's a lovely organisation and the group collected £66 for the charity

Hopefully another one planned for early summer
