ZOOM - Mindful half Hour sessions

A number of people asked if I could put on a Mindfulness meditation session during the lock down. With this in mind I have organised a Zoom sessions every Thursday for the last 6 weeks. We have 20 people that are interested, with the average numbers of 12 taking part each week

Comments made:

  • I really look forward to Thursday evenings where I can relax and let the pressures go

  • I have enjoyed seeing people from the classes I attended previously

  • Just a weekly top up of mindfulness with like minded people

I'm hoping to continue the sessions whilst we have the restrictions on. If you would be interested in joining the group on Zoom, please send me an email and I'll send you the Meeting ID number.

The sessions are free, however if people would like to donate to my favourite charity, which is Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre

I have been asked when the Mindfulness in Nature classes at Frodsham, Neston and Port Sunlight will be returning. As soon as I have further positive information I will let you know through the website or on Facebook 'Hypnotherapy Horizons/ Mindfulness Matters'

Its amazing how being outside, in our gardens, parks or countryside we feel so much better. The fresh air, maybe the sun on our backs and our awareness of the changing colours and growth in nature, helps us to see and feel a difference in our stress levels.
