Mindful Contact in Nature

After a successful number of courses at Elesmere Port and Ainsdale Nature Reserve we have moved to The Countess of Chester Country Park. The course started last Thursday and we were blessed with warm sunlight.

A beautiful park that was only made into a park three years ago. There are various walks with many different areas of nature.
