Saturday Mindfulness Course
The next Saturday Mindfulness course starts on Saturday 27th January, ideal for those who are working. The course will be run over two Saturdays, 9.30am to 4.30pm teas and coffees will be provided, students are asked to bring a lunch.
There is a gap of four weeks between the first session and the second, to give students the opportunity of practising the techniques taught on the first session.
