Grasmere Retreat 2024

Last weekend was our forth retreat weekend at Glenthorne, a Quaker Guest House at Grasmere.

What a wonderful location just 5 minutes out of Grasmere, quiet, with a room and spacious grounds ideal for mindfulness. The staff and facilities were first class

Twenty of us took part from Friday to Sunday lunch, the feedback was excellent saying they found peace, a place to reflect, wonderful company and techniques to take away and practice. Already next years retreat is booked and over sixty five percent of the rooms are already booked.

We were so lucky with the weather, with only a few showers.
