When going for a walk this weekend, try be that bit more mindful, see how many types of flowers you can see in other people gardens, the park or open countryside. On Friday I managed to note these:

As you are looking for the flowers your mind is more in the moment and less in the past or worrying about the future. Beside which it’s great to be part of nature. You may be surprised at how many you haven’t noticed on previous walks
