Mindfulness Refresher Mornings
After a request to keep in touch and to meet up and learn more about Mindfulness and meditations after the courses finished. It was decided to run a morning of Mindfulness one every three months
We had our third Mindfulness Refresher Morning on the 14th March 2016. The morning was enjoyed by all who attended, learning new meditations and going over others that might have been forgotten or not used for a while. The morning gives the students an opportunity to ask questions, help to refine their meditations and to meet fellow colleagues.
