Saturday Mindfulness Course
Last Saturday saw the last session of the two day Mindfulness course at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre.
Really helpful and relaxing, friendly space, where you can be open, honest and learn new things to improve your life.
I enjoyed the different meditation techniques and the variety of breathing exercises. I enjoyed the whole course. Relaxing, informative and enjoyable.
As a good way to calm down and relax and stop passing on worries
The next Saturday course Starts 16th September and the second Saturday is 14th October
