Tai Chi for Beginners

The benefits of Tai Chi are:

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which can help to maintain our flexibility, mobility strength and our balance, improving the way we breathe. It also is of help in quietening and focusing the mind, quite often Tai Chi is referred to as ‘Movement meditation’ or ‘meditation in motion’


During September classes will be available at the following location and also on Zoom


Appleton

Venue: Appleton Parish Hall

Every Tuesday from 20th September

Times 1.30pm to 2.30pm


Helsby

Venue: Helsby Community Centre

Every Monday from 19th September

Times, 3.45pm to 4.45pm


Widnes

Venue: Cronton Community Centre

Every Wednesday from14th September

Times 11.am to 12noon

Tai Chi on Zoom

Every Tuesday from 20th September

Times, 10am

ALL THE COURSES ARE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND MOST OF THE MOVES CAN BE DONE SITTING DOWN
