Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which can help to maintain our flexibility, mobility strength and our balance, improving the way we breathe. It also is of help in quietening and focusing the mind, quite often Tai Chi is referred to as ‘Movement meditation’ or ‘meditation in motion’
