Mindfulness Courses for Golfers
" You can't change your game until you change how you react to each shot"
As the days are now drawing in, now might be a good time to consider how you can react differently to a run of poor shots.
Mindfulness can have many benefits for golfers.
Improves concentration
A feeling of being more relaxed and less tense, which can help improve swing and putting
Letting go of previous bad shots
Changing the critical mind, to a more positive mind.
Changes / improvements can be made on and off the golf course, enhancing the quality of home and work life as well
Courses can be run at your golf course, a minimum number of 10 with a maximum of 15.
The course is run over 8 weeks for two hours per session.
Its a great way of improving your golf, feeling calmer overall, which might also improve your health. A good way of team building in clubs or societies.
