Weekend Mindfulness course

For those who cant attend a weekday Mindfulness course. Bob has arranged for a two day mindfulness course over two Saturdays, they are full days from 10am to 4.30pm The dates are Saturday 2nd February and 2nd March. The venue is the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, Alforde Street Widnes, a lovely relaxing venue. We will go through all the course information that would normally be given during the 8 week MBSR course. Bob has been teaching Mindfulness for over 4 years and taken at least 25 classes. New Stress Reduction Mindfulness Courses

There are a new Mindfulness courses coming up in 2019: A Mindfulness Stress reduction course over eight weeks, starting on Tuesday evening at 6pm to 8pm. The venue is the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, an excellent place to relax and learn the techniques of Mindfulness. I have now been running courses here for over 4 years with very good results. Students have said that they feel calmer, increase their ability to sleep, being able to focus better at work and at home. Relationships have improved and a feeling of well-being.
