New Saturday Mindfulness Course, in Widnes

Yesterday saw the completion of the Mindfulness course over a two Saturdays. There was a gap of three weeks in between Saturdays to give the students time to practice the techniques they have learnt.

Next course starts on Saturday 25th January 2017 (Book early to save disappointment)

The course was held at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, Alforde Street, Widnes. An excellent venue for this type of course.
