Mindfulness Course -Happy to attend
Myself and 4 friends attended the mindfulness course . I can honestly say that it has helped with my stress levels , anxiety and sleep . It has also helped with my confidence and that has made me want to get up every morning with a smile on my face. My friends who all have different personalities have said the same. Bob is a lovely caring person and we are lucky to have found him , he has made such a difference to our life’s. Thanks Bob Caroline & friends.
