Comments on the Mindfulness Course


As a busy professional, who struggles to balance the challenges of a highly pressurised and responsible job, and an incredibly active family and home life, I found the eight week mindfulness course I took with Bob Wheat incredibly beneficial.

Bob taught me a variety of techniques, including breathing exercises, meditation, and Tai-chi, but more importantly impressed on me the need to be more mindful of the people and the environment around me.

As a result of these sessions, I have noticed an improvement in the way I deal with the pressures, stresses and challenges of my day to day life.
