This is an ideal time to dust off those cook books that we haven't looked at for so long, because we have been too busy. No excuses now. Enjoy a healthy meal and while you are making it you are being mindful, you are more in the moment.

If there are children in your household an ideal opportunity to re-engage and to bond with your children and teach them something that they will remember for years to come.

Good basic food inside us can help our immune system, and don't we feel better when we have achieve a new task. We then produce more endorphins which are our happy chemicals.
