Weekend Mindfulness course
For those who cant attend a weekday Mindfulness course.
Bob has arranged for a two day mindfulness course over two Saturdays, they are full days from 10am to 4.30pm
The dates are Saturday 2nd February and 2nd March. The venue is the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre, Alforde Street Widnes, a lovely relaxing venue.
We will go through all the course information that would normally be given during the 8 week MBSR course.
Bob has been teaching Mindfulness for over 4 years and taken at least 25 classes.
