"Discover Inner Peace: Join Our New Helsby 8-Week Mindfulness Course for FREE!"

Funding has been granted for a further two 'Mindfulness in Nature courses' at Helsby, starting on Monday 10th June. We have a course starting at 11am to 1pm or an afternoon class 1.30pm to 3.30pm
