Summer ends, Autumns blaze of colour comes in

Autumn, a great time to be outside enjoying the changing scene,. Seeing the colours changing on the trees, the cooler damper mornings, the squirrels harvesting the nuts, some of the birds flying of to warmer climates. An ideal time for mindfulness in nature. Why not take a cup of tea/ coffee and spend a few minutes in your garden being still, appreciating the changes to your garden, allowing the mind to quieten,

Mindfulness with Warringon Stammers Support Group

What a great day out in Ainsdale Nature Reserve teaching Mindfulness in Nature. Today I had a brilliant group from the Warrington Stammers Support Group. The weather was kind, only rained for the first hour and the clouds started to break. Please keep up the practice its surprising how mindfulness can make a difference. I have a Mindfulness in Nature workshop at Ainsdale, open to all this Saturday 22nd September, still a couple of spaces left.
