Mindfulness for Groups and Organisations

Bob is now arranging talks and for training courses to suit organisations and groups.

Whether it be an evening talk on Mindfulness or a 8 week Mindfulness stress reduction course of two hours per session, or a two day course with a gap of a few weeks in between to give students the opportunity of practising the techniques learnt.

Courses can be arranged to benefit a group, whether it be during the weekday, evening or weekends.

Mindfulness courses can be fun and giving the opportunity to learn new ways of feeling calm, more focused and able to be in the present, rather than focusing on the past or worrying about the future.

WI, Golf Clubs, Support Groups, Sporting Organisation, Church Group, the list is endless
