Frodsham has a New Tai Chi Class

After the success of the Mindfulness in Nature courses last year, a number of people suggested I run a Tai Chi class in Frodsham. It didn't seem right last year, however that was last year and now we are starting to run another Mindfulness in Nature 8 week courses starting on the 23rd March.

A good time to start, the venue has been booked, Frodsham Girl Guide Centre. on Ship St Frodsham, the start date is Monday 23rd March and the time 4pm to 5pm
