Excellent day at the Wellbeing Open Day at the Knoll surgery at Frodsham.
So much information on offer by various organisations.
Great interest in the Mindfulness in Nature courses, Frodsham nearly full and Helsby courses have also taken a number of names for the classes starting 6th November.
Hopefully the event will become an annual one. Thanks to the Patient Participation Group for organising it
