Weekend Mindfulness Course

After a number of requests for a weekend course, I am pleased to announce a weekend course for two Saturdays (16th April and 14th May) To be held at the Cancer Support Centre in Widnes. This course is open to all. Anyone interested in taking the course, please contact Bob on 07507 013283 to book in or for further information. Further courses are being planned for Saturdays later in the year (18th June & 9th July)

July saw the latest completion of the Mindfulness Stress Reduction course at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre in Widnes. Mindfulness Refresher Mornings

After a request to keep in touch and to meet up and learn more about Mindfulness and meditations after the courses finished. It was decided to run a morning of Mindfulness one every three months We had our third Mindfulness Refresher Morning on the 14th March 2016. The morning was enjoyed by all who attended, learning new meditations and going over others that might have been forgotten or not used for a while. The morning gives the students an opportunity to ask questions, help to refine their meditations and to meet fellow colleagues. The next refresher morning will be held at the Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Centre On Saturday 11th June from 10 to 12.30pm.
